The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide range of quality products. The spa and wellness area was a highlight, offering a perfect retreat. The Junior Suite was my room of choice, and I found the value for money to be excellent – 100% - worth recommending!

Great location, very close to the shopping centres & bus stops. A short walk to the churches, monuments and famous castle. The hotel is newly renovated and the decor is very modern and eye catching. My room was very quiet with lots of sunshine through the huge window with a lovely street scape view, beautiful bed, treats on arrival plus a lovely handwritten note from the hotel. The in-house cafe is perfect. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
