I liked everything. We were welcomed by a glass of a fine sparkling wine. Our room had a view to Neuschwanstein Castle and beautiful farms with cows grazing. We could hear their bells. The room was very comfortable, elegantly decorated and very cozy. The staff was really nice and everything we asked of them was attended right away. The pool had a view to the castle and was comfortably warm. The breakfast was delicious, with many options for everyone.

Staff were all so helpful and actually looked to be enjoying their jobs, an unusual thing in the current climate! Room was good and dinner was superb! Stopped off on a motorcycle tour to Austra and think we may even go back the same way as the hotel was so good!

Luxury everywhere. First you park in front of the reception and then you get a ticket to parking slot owned by hotel but localised a little bit closer to lake. Swimming pool - you get the bathing rob in room and extra towels just in swimming pool. Localisation - ideal, just between the castles. Breakfast - huge variety, very tasty.

The outside spa area is this hotels jewel in the Crown, with great views of the castle and mountains in the distance. we experienced it on a Sunny Day so were able to lounge in the Sun and pop in and out of jacuzzi and swimming pool. In poor weather this is going to be a very different experience.

We can see the Neuschwanstein from the hotel. The Hotel is so beautiful, and the staff are friendly and professional. There is a great swimming pool in it, you can see the Neuschwanstein as you swimming. The breakfast is delicious, many kinds of fruits and food.
