Ulrich at Reception was a true gentleman who really loved telling us the story of the hotel. This hotel deserves more recognition for being the most relaxing hotel to stay at in Dusseldorf. The pool & spa area are amazing along with the massive gym. Will be back . Ronan & Alana

The employees really tried to help where possible and even allowed to use the wellness facilities earlier. The rooms are very modern and big. Food was very good value for money. The location is close to a forest and nice for a walk.
