Very friendly and helpful staff. Attention to detail. They even had bath robes in kids sizes. Great service at check in and check out. The room was very large and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood.

The friendly owner. We had a problem with the navigation, on the phone he explained how to get there and explained everything about the self-check-in; very cosy hotel, a few minutes' drive from Nuremberg; I sincerely recommend it.

Super location, clean, efficient, great room with comfortable bed and good shower. Lena at the front desk was super helpful and pleasant. Also restaurant staff were very nice and helpful fitting us in at the bar for lovely meal.
