Room, breakfast, facilities all excellent. The bar is a "must have" were it only for the spectacular views of the Alster and the city. We treated ourselves also to a dinner in the Lakeside restaurant. Great menu, very creative and delicious dishes, and the wine pairing offered was for the most part super.

The location is very convenient, and the room was clean and comfortable. Having a small kitchen is great when travelling with a toddler. It had everything you could need.

The hotel is extremely clean. In fact it is so usual for all Hamburg 5 star hotels! may be the cleanest hotels in the world! And it always makes pleasure to see how clean it was. Very friendly staff! They made me feel at home. Still for such high prices it is something to be expected.

The location is great for vacation. You can have nice view, big enough park for 1 hour walking, and canal for Canoe there. They also have swimming pool and Sauna (but I did not use it). The service is nice, and the room is quiet. People are not complicated there and thus you can get a good rest. In the town center (Poppenbüttel) you will get shopping and whatever you want.

Very nice staff. They helped with a baby-bed and carried our luggage to the room. Very good size of the room! Excellent spa in the basement with pool, sauna, fitness room etc. Perfect location!

This was our second stay in this hotel, and we really enjoyed it! Thanks to the team for this good stay. The positive things are a good atmosphere, a big room, which is in fact a “mini apartment”, with living room, sleeping room, kitchen, hall, and bathroom. Good beds, very clean, good attention, pool, and sauna in the basement, some spaces near the lobby to relax. What more do you want? The hotel is not central, but it is very close to a U-Bahn station (metro) which connects to downtown in about 20 minutes. There are some shops in the surroundings, particularly a supermarket just a couple of blocks away, but there are no activities or places to go at night. If you like to enjoy the night life, maybe you should look for another hotel in the centre of the city, otherwise this hotel is very good!
