Appartement is huge. It has unnecessary 2 spacious bathroom. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds are huge and comfortable. Everything you need like swimming pool, restaurant etc are all inside the compound. All in one place a very nice place for family.

Very well located, clean with very friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Excellent price quality ratio, I had to choose between Bremen, Munster and Osnabrück, Osnabrück wins price wise significantly. Receptionist was very friendly, efficient and accomodating. Hotel has own parking facility, wich is far from being the case for hotels in Germany.

Self catering was very easy with proper oven, hob and microwave. Easy to reach town centre on foot. Plenty of parking space. Easy to use shower.

The apartment and the facilities were exceptional. Extremely comfortable and clean. The location was brilliant next to lots of wonderful forest walks and yet only a 5 minute walk into the picture-perfect historic town. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again if returning to the area. A huge thank you. The pool was such an added bonus, we enjoyed an evening swim.
