The house is very beautiful, large, there is a heated pool, there is a separate area with a long table that is suitable for a very large family. Everything is very clean, very pleasant. The family helps with everything you need, including laundry, extra blankets or towels. There are separate towels for the pool and there are bath towels. The family also helped us with recommendations for trips in the area and even called for us and inquired about places at the restaurant. Highly recommended.

This cabin is simply beautiful. I rate it very high because it is exactly what we were looking for. It is situated in a private wooded setting with the next cabin some distance away. It has a full kitchen with gas hob, fridge, sink and sufficient equipment to be independent. The upstairs bed is very comfortable and there are two outside seating areas, one at the front and another with table and chairs upstairs at the rear. There is a restaurant where breakfast is served, which was good and evening meals are available which were also good. Note it closes early. Now, to be sure you will agree with us, note that the approach road is long and very rough, just ok with a regular car. Access to the cabin is over a suspension bridge and a steep narrow spiral staircase. Difficult with bags. Be sure you are happy with this if you are going to enjoy your stay.

Hotel del Bosque has a fitness centre, a garden and a sun terrace with swimming pool and buffet breakfast in Río Cuarto.

Peace and quiet in our own jungle room, particularly liked the "glamping" type feel of the lodges - construction from branches and a feeling of being with nature. Restaurant on site which we used for dinner and breakfast. A short walk in the hotel grounds to a river area for private bathing which felt like a tropical paradise!

100% our favorite hotel in Costa Rica (and we stayed in multiple!) everything was perfect. the room was spacious and large, very clean. big bathroom. we loved the big terrace with the hamac. Breakfast and dinner were tasty and good quality. the welcome and staff were very helpful and friendly. everyone went out of their way to make our stay outstanding. we also did a ATM ride to the hot springs, which was a great experience. Danny the guide was fun and even spotted a sloth on the way. Highly recommended! Communication with the hotel (mainly Andres) was easy and fluid (even before we got there).
