El Valle Mineral Springs is an absolute gem - we had the most incredible stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and completely at home. Eric and the entire team are exceptionally kind, attentive, and always willing to help. A special mention goes to Jorge, who made our experience truly unforgettable by sharing his deep knowledge of Costa Rica and thoughtfully organizing a wonderful trip for us. The food was outstanding ,both breakfast and lunch were delicious and freshly prepared. The property is beautifully cared for, exceptionally clean, and the mineral spring waters are pristine and crystal clear. Every detail reflected how much love and care goes into this place. We felt truly looked after throughout our stay and can’t recommend El Valle Mineral Springs highly enough. We would return in a heartbeat.

What a wonderful place to stay! Not knowing this part of Costa Rica and its people, we met great and friendly people at this hotel. Wonderful nature around the hotel, clean and spacious rooms. Kindhearted staff. Although the weather was not that ideal for end of december it was a good decision to stay here! Looking forward for the next time!

The lodge was lovely and cosy. The host was lovely and friendly and explained lots about the property, the pool and hot tub. It was very quiet and comfortable. It is great value for money with a lovely hike around the area available on the doorstep.

The lovely photos don’t even do it justice. A lot of care has gone into these villas and gardens… it’s a really magical place. You feel surrounded my nature and the villa’s are beautifully done. Really comfortable, big beds and lovely bathrooms. The fans kept us cool at night even though the temp was high. Some reviews mention a problem with ants but we kept all food in the fridge and didn’t have a problem. Make sure you enter ‘Finca Chilanga’ into Waze/Google Maps in addition to the address provided on Booking . com - we just copied and pasted the address on our booking and ended up adventuring up a gnarly off road track that our brilliant 4wd only just about managed. Turned out we’d driven straight past it! Ooops. We only stayed for our final night in Costa Rica but could have definitely stayed longer. The pool was beautiful and refreshing too. And the hosts very friendly and helpful! Don’t hesitate to book!

The cabin and the property is simply beautiful and clean. The pool and views are amazing and the owner is very friendly. Can only recommend it.

If you like bird watching, this is a pretty good place for that. We also like that the place is quiet and that it has a pool to dip in. Alonso was a great host, very accommodating. Very clean place. We would definitely stay there again.
