We loved staying in the Neiva Plaza, the staff was super friendly and helpful! The location was great in the middle of the city center, only 5 mins by taxi from the bus terminal. The hotel had an old fashioned style but is well maintained with great facilities (nice big pool :), we loved everything and felt very welcome. Especially the Portier of the hotel (unfortunately I don't remember his name) was very attentive and the breakfast on the terrace was wonderful, we had a view on the main square and could observe and enjoy it's lively atmosphere.

The staff were very friendly. The pool was great. The bed was comfy. The patio area outside was great to relax in. As the coffee machine was not working, the staff kindly made us coffee.

A very clean and nice hotel. Excellent for our stopover in Neiva before flying to Bogota. Located only 10min away from the airport. The children had a great time in the swimming pool!
