The hosts are both friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for me as its a walking distance from the airport so it was very convenient since I had a late flight!

Fantastic, clean place. Its like resort, with swimming pool, lake and absolutly amazing airconditioned rooms. Vibe is amazing. Staff is superb, you can pay card and thwy will collect you from the airport and drop you for the flight. 100% recommended!

We were genuinely and pleasantly surprised by this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the owner himself and felt truly cared for by the entire team throughout our stay. The property is beautiful – spacious, rustic in the best possible way, and maintained to an impressively high standard for this region. What stood out most was the discreet and attentive staff: always present when needed, without ever being intrusive. You can feel they genuinely care about the well-being of their guests. All tours were organized directly through the hotel – smoothly, reliably, and tailored to our preferences. Transportation was also fully taken care of, which made everything stress-free. The meals were freshly prepared with care and love – a lovely touch that added to the overall experience. The pool was a great spot to relax after our adventures in the jungle. No request was ever turned down – we truly felt at home. One thing is certain: the next time we return to the Amazon, we will stay here again!

staff, location vibe is magnificent. The chef, unfortunately, dont remember his name, was great. He came out and asked what we wanted in the evening. We ate so well! The destination, together with this hotel, was such a special experience. Will remember this place forever, really

A great place to stay after four days in the Amazon rainforest! The room has everything that you need. Close to the center and the airport too. The staff was very friendly 🙂

Loved this hotel! Surrounded by nature on the outskirts, pet parrots and dogs! New year in the pool will always be memorable. Nice breakfast included. Very clean room with air con and good bathroom. Just loved it here :)

Everyone was really nice and helpful and the staff spoke some English. I made the mistake of leaving here to go to a supposedly 4* on vacation hotel, which was terrible.

If you came to check on this hotel, you can stop serching. You found the best hotel in Leticia!!! Its a beautiful place! By the way, what attracted me to this hotel in the first place was the fact that they left bowls with food and water for the street dogs. I thought to myself that such a hotel must be an outstanding hotel, and indeed I was right. A very High class hotel with prices of an economical one. Your buck goes a long way in terms of: location quality, cleanliness, facilities, comfort, staff and free internet. From the moment you enter you feel luxury, the staff is amazing!! And it is clear that the hotel has a very high standarts of service, the staff really goes out of their way to give you the best experience, and it is clear that the guest's satisfaction is the top priority of the staff. It starts from Galiana at the reception. Carlos - in the dining room Elisabel - the coffee queen... And most of all the manager, Ishmael - What a charming guy, humble, full of kindness, personal charm and willingness to help. We stayed at the hotel for a week, and felt like family. Besides the great attitude, the hotel is beautiful, the service consciousness is very high, the rooms were also large, spacious and clean, and well equipped. There are two wonderful pools. Excellent restaurants - where there is a variety of food and exquisite service. The hotel is in a superb location; 10 minutes drive from the airport, and close to the city center - to all restaurants, travel agencies, shops, and in front of a bank, where there is also an ATM machine. In short, an unforgettable experience. And to top it all off, since we missed a flight, and had to purchase new plane tickets for the next evening - they allowed us to check out in the evening at no extra cost. There are many pictures I took on this trip, but the one that is closest to my heart is the one where I took a picture with the manager, Ishmael. Highly recommend!!!

The owner is a very good guy. He is in person the representative of the Amason Tours, so we could book our excurtion at vhis desk. It made our stay comfortable. He is very helpful and gave us good advice. The pool and the restaurant is very good, and nice with the garden.
