I LOVED Viajero Guatapé! The facilities are new and the view from the pool is spectacular. The attention from the entire team is excellent; from the reception, always willing to help, to the cleaning staff, who always greet you and keep everything spotless. The food and drinks are delicious, and the staff are always ready to give you recommendations. My favorite part: the heated jacuzzi, I didn’t want to leave! Many thanks to the entire team.

The hotel offers exceptional service from check-in to breakfast, the pool, the jacuzzi, and all the staff. From Medellín, you can take buses to Guatapé from the North Terminal. After passing through the town of El Peñol, look for "Baja la Zulia," and the hotel entrance is 100 meters ahead. Getting to and from the hotel is easy. We took the shared taxis that pass along the highway, and for 4,000 pesos, you'll arrive in Guatapé in less than 10 minutes. Thank you so much for the stay; it was the best part of our trip to Medellín, and I hope you enjoy the drone footage we took of the hotel.

We had an unforgettable stay at Volare. The hotel is very idyllic in a small bay. The houses/rooms are very modern, comfortably furnished and offer a great view of the well-kept garden, the clean and warm pool and the lake. It is wonderful. Sara and her team gave us a very warm welcome and fulfilled our every wish. Camilo in particular is a great guy who we had a lot of fun with!! He picked us up from the marina and from then on brought us to our destinations safely and quickly by boat at any time. The communication in English went smoothly at all times. We can highly recommend Hotel Volare and would love to come back. Next time we will bring more time to take advantage of the many activities on offer, such as water sports or hiking. Many thanks to the Volare team!

This place is absolutely stunning! Direct access to the lake, huge garden, heated outdoors swimming pool, great food and the hosts are adorable. There are lots of available activities like hiking, wakeboarding and stand-up-paddle that you can purchase there. Definitely worth a stay.
