ChinaWithout exception, all of the hotel staff were amazingly accommodating. They all went out of their way to make sure we knew where everything was and how to get there, even leading us if need be. We never got awkward looks or comments, even though we have an "energetic" 2-year-old. Most impressive was the restaurant manager, John, who, without being asked, gave our daughter a special treat two days in a row when we were eating! This is the first time I have ever received a customer service experience this excellent.
