Breakfast was great,with a lot of variety,a spacious room, a large window, and it was clean. I particularly like the hotel swimming pool and gym. Friendly staff. All good,I'll definitely recommend it to everyone!

Staff and concierge can speak English very well! The location was cool.

Location was good, walking distance to scenic places, e.g. elephant trunk, pier for for boat rides and pedestrian street. We booked the room facing the lake, beautiful views at sunrise and sunset. Coffee at breakfast can be better. I remember the porridge and noodles were good.

Had an amazing stay. The room, food, facilities were amazing. The playground and the mini zoo were well maintained. 2 staffs by the name of 李金花 and 万小凤 were particular friendly and helpful. 👍👍

The hotel is super convenient, walkable to lots of restaurants. The lady at the tour desk/ coffee bar was really helpful and she made good coffee! All staff members we met (from the Security at the gate, the Reception, Housekeeping, to the technician who came to check on our A/C) were very friendly and courteous. The pool was in excellent size.
