Without exception, all of the hotel staff were amazingly accommodating. They all went out of their way to make sure we knew where everything was and how to get there, even leading us if need be. We never got awkward looks or comments, even though we have an "energetic" 2-year-old. Most impressive was the restaurant manager, John, who, without being asked, gave our daughter a special treat two days in a row when we were eating! This is the first time I have ever received a customer service experience this excellent.

I liked everything, the person running the hotel was so helpful. It was a long way from shops and restaurants but he took us in his car which gave him extra pocket money save calling taxi.

The staff was very friendly. They are ready for help any time we need. The room is very clean, I personally love the shower gel they provided, smells great. The hotel has a small swimming pool, which has brought us lots of fun, especially for my 3 years old son. Best way to get him tired ;-) They have a very nice cook, who has prepared great suppers for us.

Daisy, the hotel manager, was wonderful. She was always here for us and helped us where she could. The food is great! They also made sure to reduce food waste to a minimum which is great, especially in China.

The hotel is Nicely furnished. Our hostess Jk was lovely and when out of her way to help us. Jk cooked us some fabulous meals asked us what we would like. She was friendly and spoke good English. We visited at a quiet time of year so she kindly drove us to a few tourists destinations and was able to ask questions on our behalf in the shops etc.

It was all very satisfying, especially the very good natural environment, clear to the stream, like an otherworldly paradise, which fully satisfied the desire of my friends and me to lie down, be quiet, empty ourselves, and eat the local food.

The hotel is very cozy and nice, the nature is perfect. Best place to stop for relax for those who tired of city. The food cooked by Mother of the host is the most wonderful I ve ever tried in China. The owners of the guest house are amazing people, you feel yourself a part of the Family staying there. Thank you! I will do my best to come back once because already miss this Family and place).
