The hotel was great! Very close to Caracoles (main street). The rooms were confortable and had everything we needed, including a safebox. The pool and external area were great and cozy. Breakfast was great and the kitchen staff was amazing, super friendly. I really liked that the hotel had water filters throughout the hotel, this reduces plastics bottles and having to buy water all the time (I drink a lot of water, and even more in the dry weather of the desert). The staff of the hotel (Elizabete and Carlos) were amazing - they went above and beyond and were very friendly. All in all, would definitely return and loved Hotel Jardin Atacama.

The hotel has a beautiful and relaxing pool/bar area and impeccable comfortable rooms. The staff is outstanding. The hotel is right on Caracoles, the main commercial street of San Pedro. We found the food at the restaurant to be the best in all of San Pedro.

The breakfast was excellent. It's served in a cozy dinning room; you are greeted by a hostess who will serve you a morning beverage of your choice and ask what hot breakfast dish you would like. If you need to leave the hotel before breakfast is served, you can request the reception for a snack bag the day before. Comfortable bed! This is a very secluded, quiet and secure property. It seems that all rooms are in their own spacious cabin - very clean, cozy and well decorated. During your stay you can reach the reception via WhatsApp for any questions you may have. It's worth the location but you do need a car. It is about a 5 minute drive from the downtown area of San Pedro. I'm glad I chose this hotel as it's away from the dusty town, light and noise. Staff is excellent!

The place was lovely and the rooms were very spacious. It is a little far from the centre but we opted on renting bikes which took about 10-15min (there is also an option for a taxi that was around 5e per journey). Well worth the distance for the beautiful hostel and tranquil surroundings. The hosts were lovely too and very accommodating, we made friends with their cute cat and dog. There is a pool to chill in and it was good for some astro photography due to low light pollution from the town.

Great location, quiet and a little distance away from the town. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The breakfast is good and varies: sometimes bread, sometimes pancakes. 😋 The gardens are filled with places to sit and relax, to take in the pretty desert scenery. The lodge is at walking distance to Pukara de Quitor. We hired Ani’s bikes and took in some of the trails close to the lodge, including Quebrada del Diablo. Ani, her family and her staff are super friendly and kind. Nicky the dog is lovely too and enjoys the occasional ear massage. Ani made us a snack pack when we went out early to visit the geysers, complete with a lovely hand drawn message! We initially booked for three nights, but extended to a full week because there is so much to see in the area AND because the Lodge is inviting and peaceful. We were able to catch up on some much needed sleep. In short: Everybody worked hard to make sure that our stay was good, and it certainly was. We will DEFINITELY visit again and highly recommend Anka Lodge.
