The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived! The staff are top notch and so helpful. We travelled with three small girls and there was plenty for them to do so and play. The food menu is so simple but really delicious. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway.

The place itself is a historic location and part of Chilean history. You will get a personal tour around all important rooms, and you can smell the history and it feels like a museum. Every room you can stay in is different and feels like you are back in the 19th century. Our bathroom could be locked with a 5 inch key. Food was amazing and the staff made a romantic table in the center of the garden. We got our breakfast in bed. Don't know if they can give this amount of personal attention when they are fully booked, since we were the only ones there midweek, but I'm sure they will give their everything to make you feel special at this unique location.

We loved everything. To start the hotel is an architectural marvel. Beautiful grounds and views of the vineyards. The room we had was very comfortable, beautiful. Great views. It was difficult to leave! The staff were very professional, frienfly, and helpful. From the hotel staff to the maintenance team. Spent a whole day by the pool, where sunset is visible. The wine was excellent (we did the full package) It was a perfect stay

We had a wonderful two-day stay! The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The lovely dogs added an extra touch of warmth and fun to the experience. I loved being in the country, with the vineyards, fruit trees (you are free to help yourself and the fruit is delicious) and the animals around. It is not fancy but it is special. Loved our host Alex who provided very personal service. He was very warm and friendly. We felt very welcome and right at home. The food at the restaurant simple but excellent with a great selection of wines. Being located right in the town square was so quaint. The ice-cream shop had the most delicious ice-cream that they make themselves.
