This is a beautifully designed hotel featuring very modernly furnished rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds. We particularly enjoyed the great balcony that overlooked the lake. The indoor pool was a lovely amenity, although a touch cool for spring swimming. The outdoor jacuzzi, however, was excellent. Breakfast was a definite highlight, offering a wide and impressive variety of both cold and hot dishes, including some interesting special menu items. We also had a great dinner experience at the Saltz restaurant. A special mention must go to the concierge, who was incredibly helpful in securing tickets for the chocolate museum tour for us, even after we found it fully booked online.

Everything, hotel staff was amazing, I only remember few names but Jauquan (maybe spelling wrong but he was at the east building reception) then Simon who recommended Lucerne activities , Marriyah helped us find food in the area and was very helpful… Hotel was beautiful, it’s a must stay we upgraded to the main building and the best decision ever… They also offer car shuttle service to the nearest train station 24 hours day & night which was amazing, all the driving staff was brilliant, I cannot fault this hotel… BEST HOTEL EVER !!! When I come back to Zurich I’m always staying here now…
