We had a wonderful experience at the Hotel Bella Tola & Spa in Switzerland, a beautifully restored hotel set in a magical location. Situated in a charming town, the hotel impressed us with its cleanliness, elegant decor, cozy rooms, and comfortable beds. It's an ideal location for hiking and exploring Switzerland. Moreover, we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and dinner offerings during our stay.

Had an absolutely perfect stay. The hotel is cozy but also feels luxurious. Everything is nice and clean. The breakfast was so delicious, it had everything and even more you wish a breakfast included. The fitness, spa and the pool are perfect for everyone who loves to work out, but also enjoys relaxing and recovering. The spa is super clean and even offers small snacks. The best thing however was the staff. Everyone was super welcome, warm and always available. As a solo traveler, it is extra nice when you feel looked after. Every morning I left a note about which trail I would explore, and every time I came back in the afternoon, I received the nicest welcome. I really felt liked they cared about my me and my safety. The best place to stay in Zermatt and I will definitely return. Thank you very much for the best stay in Zermatt.

Excellent interior design; amazing view to Matterhorn from the pool and from our room; wide variety of stuff for breakfast- good quality, fresh juices and fruits; staff is very professional and helpful ; sauna is small ( 3 options) but sufficient to relax after a hike ; we also had dinner at the Grill restaurant and loved it - especially the Tatar and tuna tataki; we also used the option of the free shuttle from and to the train station - although short distance , it helps with the luggage. Pillows and mattress were very soft and comfortable . The room was very spacious. If we go back to Zermatt, we’d stay there again

It is nice new apartmenthotel with perfect location just few steps from train station and also from station of the Gornergrat railway. The room was very clean and spacious including also small but practical kitchenette. Breakfast was great. The welness area has 3 saunas, it was exeptionnaly clean and the water temperature in pool was 34°C - it was just amazing after the ski day.

The Zermatt Budget Rooms are underground and come with free WiFi and TV, a 5-minute walk away from the Sunnegga Cable Car and the Glacier Express.

The alpen resort hotel was really a good experience, the room was very large, and very clean, the bathroom was extremely clean and big with all you would wish for, breakfast was good, staff were very helpful and listening to each client and offering help, u get the pickup and drop off service on time for train transfers, i will definitely come back and i strongly recommend it

Nice to find a spa with a concept, felt really comfortable there! The rooms were unlike any I've seen before in a hotel and the breakfast was above expectations!

Situated on a rock, 45 metres above the roofs of central Zermatt, guests access The Omnia via a tunnel leading to an elevator, which brings them right into the lobby.

The breakfast was excellent, five star service and quality. The hotel is beautiful, definitely different to any previous hotel experience I have ever had and the views amazing. I liked the pool, jacuzzi and spa. The staff was very helpful and attentive and super friendly. The hotel also arranged a pick up from the station and even supplied us with a take away breakfast on the last day, as we had to leave early.

The 4-star-superior Hotel Sonne enjoys a quiet location in Zermatt and offers you fine cuisine, an indoor pool, an outdoor hot tub, and a Roman-style wellness area.

A great, calm, cozy hotel located next to the city church. The hotel has a large swimming pool by Zermatt standards and several saunas in the hammam. There is a small waterfall on the street near the jacuzzi. Thank you very much to the staff for their help in everything necessary.
