We stayed here after my wife broke her leg and could not access our chalet. My wife was on crutches and the staff could not have been more solicitous in helping to make our stay as comfortable as possible. More generally the staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful, excellent food, superb service, front desk were helpful with arranging further emergency accommodation to cope with my wife's accident.

The hotel is amazing in every way. The room is spacious and clean, with spectacular mountain view. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful; a special shout out to Andrew for the amazing guidance on the local attractions. The breakfast was simply delicious; with cook to order eggs and coffee. We love the coin laundry as well. Simply sum up, it's perfect!

It was perfect! The apartment is huge and had more than enough space for 5 of us! It’s very clean and the facilities are all working in good condition. Please please chill outdoors at night, the views are beautiful and the night skies are amazing!! Its proximity to major attractions is excellent, with the Grindelwald First cable car station just a short walk away, making it perfect for both winter sports and summer hiking. - Facilities: The hotel beautifully blends modern design with a traditional Alpine chalet style. One of the highlights is the 800m² 'Fire and Ice Spa,' which includes multiple saunas and an outdoor whirlpool. This spa area was definitely a favorite during my stay. - Rooms: The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities. I particularly appreciated the Nespresso coffee maker, daily restocked minibar, and yoga mats. For those looking for a touch of luxury, some rooms come with private saunas and fireplaces. - Dining: Dining at the on-site restaurant, BG's Grill, was a delight. The breakfast and dinner offerings were excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality food to choose from. - Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Excellent location right next to the station and yet no disturbance from train noise. Views from the restaurant of the Jungfrau mountain as well as the Lauterbrunnen valley were lovely. The swimming pool facilities were excellent, especially for a 3 star hotel. The staff were lovely and friendly. I don't know why this isn't a 4 star hotel!

They show in the picture swimming pool but when I arrived, this is sorry swimming pool or refreshing the room where super cold as heating was not working they accommodate us while they were refurbishing scaffolding on side and back of the hotel
