The location was just stunning 😍 set between the mountains and the blue waters,the hotel sure makes for one serene setting. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and well-mannered, special mention for Alex who made us feel special by going above and beyond to make our stay special. The wellness area and the surrounding area are amazing for relaxing, hiking, or just lazying around under the sun. We highly highly recommend the stay, especially for couples. We would love to go back sometime!

Location was excellent for trip up to Mount Rigi and boat across the lake to Lucerne, literally next door. Hotel and outdoor area absolutely stunning, magnificent views of the lake, staff are fantastic, so helpful and friendly. Room was great , huge bathroom and so clean, there is an excellent coffee station on each floor which always had plenty of everything that you need. Excellent breakfast,lots of choice

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house was perfect for our family trip — clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The panoramic view over Lake Lucerne was simply breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. The location was peaceful and made our stay unforgettable.
