The hotel provides transfer to and fro from the train station and that's really appreciated for first timer to this part of the Swiss Alps. The staff are warm and friendly making my stay memorable.

We stayed here after my wife broke her leg and could not access our chalet. My wife was on crutches and the staff could not have been more solicitous in helping to make our stay as comfortable as possible. More generally the staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful, excellent food, superb service, front desk were helpful with arranging further emergency accommodation to cope with my wife's accident.

The hotel is amazing in every way. The room is spacious and clean, with spectacular mountain view. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful; a special shout out to Andrew for the amazing guidance on the local attractions. The breakfast was simply delicious; with cook to order eggs and coffee.
