Amazing breakfast, although they could have refilled some of the food that has run out. Very relaxing environment, excellent spa area. Beautiful views from the windows and you get a discount for the gondola.

The hotel is centrally located and surrounded by a large park. You will find a cheerful and familiar atmosphere combined with the best Swiss hotel tradition.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I had no difficulties communicating only in English. The location was perfect, only a 2 minute walk from the train station. The breakfast buffet was served in a beautiful dining room with tall ceilings, with views of the mountains from the windows. Breakfast included a hot ‘English breakfast’ style selection, a cold ‘Swiss style’ cheese, meats and fruits section, a variety of breads and cereals and coffee machine/variety of teas. I was able to leave my luggage here during the day after checkout with no problems. The wifi was efficient.

Family-run for 5 generations, Chalet Hotel Adler AG in Kandersteg has spa area, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. Free Wi-Fi is featured throughout the property.

The rolling out spa-bath, view from our balcony, hotel pool and the hotel breakfast were all highlights. There was a small bar fridge in our room. Great location for the Oeschinensee cable car and hike.

Best location and great services. What stands out is the availability of services. Everything is thought of. From the parking ticket, the pass for the gondolas, the bus ticket etc…. Very attentive staff They also let you use the swimming pool after check out. Room was very clean Breakfast buffet was very good

Loved our stay here! The staff (all of them) were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel and its surrounding are absolutely stunning. The outdoor pool is gorgeous! The breakfast was also really good. Shoutout to the friendly Slovakian waiter that used to work in Malta!
