Super friendly and hospitable staff. We had our room booked and paid ahead of time, but when the staff noticed that we were less than satisfied they upgraded us with no extra cost. Concierge team are professionals and they go out of their way to provide whatever assistance required. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

We did not want to leave! Great place.. The room was comfy with a balcony and a spectacular view. Free parking. Great facilities (Bar, pool and outside deck). The staff was very friendly and warm - we loved the lady at check-in! The location was comfortable - 6 minutes from Interlaken by car. Breakfast had multiple options. We received a 15% discount voucher for different attraction nearby at check-in.
