It’s so nice that there still are hotels where taking care of guests hasn’t been cut of the expenses list yet. Old fashioned place where you actually feel respected and welcomed. My favorite hotel not only in Switzerland but worldwide so far.

Staff was super friendly! They tried to make everything as nice as possible and help out with every need. Also, room got randomly upgraded to an even bigger and prettier one (would have been just as happy with my original booking but still super happy about it and amazing surprise ☺️)

When booked this break, i emailed the hotel & asked if they could make it special for my partner as it was her birthday. They went over and above with this!! amazing staff, lovely caring warm attentive. people. The breakfast room was so lovely. So well spaced out, great selection of breakfast food & drink, the attention to detail and the attentiveness of the staff was exceptional, i would highly recommend this hotel to all my friends & family.

The host and other staff were absolutely lovely! We decided on the spot to extend our stay by one night. Food was delicious and hearty, decor was unique - all you need in a mountain guesthouse but done with style and great taste (chabby chic vibes).
