Everything, the house is so comfortable that even just sitting in the balcony overlooking the lake Brienz eating b/l/d or just drinking coffee makes us feel so good and relax. What truly is a vacation. It is clean and have all what we need with twins around (we cooked most of the time and have all that we need). The location is really good too with nearby supermarket and restaurant around. Owner is also really warm and accomodating. Next time (definitely visit switzerland for the nth time) I will definitely make sure to stay here again :)

The location is perfect. You won't feel like going away from the house. Perfect view of snow mountain and lake. The staff is also good and cooperative. Very close to the train station. Coop is also at walkable distance. If I come again then I would definitely stay here again. We had enough utensils in the kitchen. Everything was perfect.

The apartment was so spacious with a large living room, full fledged kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Lovely balcony with amazing lake views. There a massage chair also. Kitchen had all utensils, fridge, kettle with a small kitchen table. Both bedrooms had windows with lake views. We were hesitant before booking looking at the earlier bad reviews about cleanliness etc but the apartment was clean and well made. Location was extremely good, just on the lake and 3-4 mins walk from brienz train station.
