Everything. The hotel is lovely. The terrace has a beautiful view. The spa is wonderful. The breakfast was great and the staff kindly kept mine for me later. The staff were incredibly kind. The hotel provides a lift pass free of charge.

An excellent location. Near to station, bus stop outside hotel, within walking distance of gondola station to Oeschinensee. Our room was in the older part of the hotel- very Swiss with original features and decoration- full of character. A fantastic, spacious balcony overlooking part of the town and views up to the mountains with the sounds of the gently cascading river. The room was reasonably large with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. Wonderful ornate public spaces with grand dining room where we ate an excellent breakfast with a wide choice. We also used the indoor swimming pool a couple of times which was a real bonus and a bathrobe/swimming towel were provided in the room. This hotel has a real feel of "The Grand Tour!"

Family-run for 5 generations, Chalet Hotel Adler AG in Kandersteg has spa area, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. Free Wi-Fi is featured throughout the property.

The staff was very friendly and the service was great. We were upgraded to the suite since the hotel was not overbooked. The spa was great with lots of different saunas. The surrounding mountain views were spectacular.

Our room was spacious and very clean with a nice big balcony. Breakfast was nice and everything we wished for was there. The swimming area (pool and whirlpool) were great for the kids and us, as well as the sauna. Parking was very easy with direct access to the hotel from the underground parking.
