The place is on top of a mountain we were amazed about the beautiful hotel The best prt was that the last day of my vacay i didnt fell so well and the woman in reception was helping me to reach the hospital plus she even gave me the private car of the hotel to drive to the emergency. Everything. The hotel is lovely. The terrace has a beautiful view. The spa is wonderful. The breakfast was great and the staff kindly kept mine for me later. The staff were incredibly kind. The hotel provides a lift pass free of charge.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, well located, very friendly staff. Very dog friendly! The food in the restaurant was exceptional: creative, well prepared and presented.

It was elegant, gorgeous. Had sauna and infrared spa. The breakfast was great and the staff very helpful.

The location is stunning. It’s surrounded by the mountains, hiking trails start right behind the property. It’s all very woody and spacious. The staff is outstandingly friendly and like I said in the title I have never felt my dog so welcomed. They even made a reservation for me and her at the restaurant (whereas most places don’t allow dogs in the restaurants). That‘s the main reason for the high rating. The dinner menu was exquisite. I also enjoyed their saunas.

Located in the centre of Lenk in the Simmen Valley, Hotel Krone offers a spa area with an indoor pool.

Our room was spacious and very clean with a nice big balcony. Breakfast was nice and everything we wished for was there. The swimming area (pool and whirlpool) were great for the kids and us, as well as the sauna. Parking was very easy with direct access to the hotel from the underground parking.
