SwitzerlandThe greeting we received upon arriving by car at the Fairmont Hotel was exceptionally warm, setting a positive tone for our entire stay. This warmth extended to the valet parking, where a courteous staff member assisted with our luggage and parked our car. Alex, the receptionist, was among the most welcoming individuals we've encountered at a hotel check-in. Our room had a great view of Lake Louise and was clean. The hotel's location was ideal. Overall, this ranks as one of our top hotel experiences. So impressed were we that we chose to book a stay at the Fairmont Empress Hotel in Victoria for the subsequent weekend, a decision we had previously left open.

Very pretty well set out Inn. Reception staff friendly. 2 restaurants onsite which we had meals in each, great food. Free wifi. Breakfast buffet is offered.
Room comfortable and quiet. Safe in room. We had a junior suite with cooking facilities. Free parking and laundry onsite. Indoor swimming pool and putt putt golf.
Little convenience store inside for water, treats, chocolate etc. Would stay again.

The swimming pool was very nice, with three hot tubs and a nice changing room. The location is fairly good: walking distance from the little « village center », trails by the river. Close to the lake by car. We had simple motel-type rooms but beautiful view. The pasta restaurant was ok. I recommend the papardele tetrazzini (but not the lasagna).

- Excellent service and quality of food in Lake Louise Inn restaurants (Explorer Lounge and breakfast buffet)
- Best relaxing possibilities in Hot Tub and swimming pool
- Parking lot in front of own apartment including personel guest ski locker
- Gazebo and Live Music on Saturdays
- Supermarket, additional restaurants, gas station and Cafe's only some metres away
- fantastic panorama in every line of sight
- Excellent, daily room service incl. starting of dishwasher, refill of kitchen utensils and garbage recycling
