Nice and calm location, it deserves money for experience of boat hotel, food and drinks were good… i like the hospitality and welcoming of receptionist, he guided me well , an experienced boy. Breakfast was included and kind of ok, the only thing i saw it as an issue, wasn’t any outside light to enjoy the river view during night time…

Everything is just "fine" I think this is the best you can find in Ruse with a Spa. The Swimming pool was warm. The restaurant has a great interior and the menu is good.
