everything was superlative. Always diverse, fresh food, a multitude from which you can choose. Appreciate the fact that between meals they have consistent snacks (cookies, puff pastry, pie, pancakes, pizza). Quality drinks, absolutely all, it should be noted that you can ask for daily bottles (1.5l) of water for consumption. The staff is a 10, polite, clean, very well trained and hardworking, absolutely everyone in the complex is a 10. impeccable cleanliness everywhere, every day, they changed the towels and cleaned the rooms. every time you came back to the room, it was ventilated and the air conditioner was on. the very polite cleaning ladies greeted you with the same warm smile every time you passed the corridor. clean pool, new, clean sunbeds. I stayed on the 7th floor, room 719, I had the most beautiful view. the rooms are large, the mattress very comfortable, comfort of 10. I have nothing to complain about. it was the most successful vacation from all points of view! we can't wait to come back! surely, from now on we will only come to the continental hotel. The hotel parking is protected 24/24, always closed, you can leave by car because they have video cameras and its number is registered at the reception. Parking costs BGN 20 per day. Next to the hotel you have a shop open until 12 o'clock, for cigarettes, hygiene, miscellaneous. The sea is a maximum of 5-6 minutes on foot. The hotel is very well located. very good food! there was no way you could leave hungry. wonderful sweets, cake, baklava, ice cream! We can't wait to come back!

We visited Golden Sands for the first time a few years ago, staying at another hotel, and that was when we first discovered the beauty of this Bulgarian resort. This year we were happy to return, and we chose Hotel Astoria. Why did we decide on Astoria? Both my wife and I work in the hotel industry in one of the northern capitals of Europe, so we approached the choice from a professional point of view. We carefully read the reviews on Booking.com, looked at the overall rating (which was high), and considered the location — close to the sea and the central points of the town. And we were not mistaken! From the moment we arrived, we evaluated the housekeeping with a professional eye, and it was excellent. At check-in, we faced a small difficulty, which sometimes happens, but the reception team, especially Elena and manager Katrin, resolved it quickly and professionally. This not only did not spoil our mood but actually lifted it and left us with admiration. Well done! The food and entertainment were also on a high level. We are certain we will come back again. Thank you, Astoria team!

From outside the hotel doesn't look impressive, but everything is new or renovated, our room was spacious, recommend room with sea view. The bed is comfortable, the shower is good too. The food was better then we expected, everything was delicious and big variety. Some queue to the station with grilled meat, but there are enough other choices if you don't want to wait. The snack bar is also nice.The drinks were good too, some better, some less, but overall we were satisfied. The pools area was clean , no problem to find available sunbeds and inside heated pool was good when it's chilly outside. Animation was ok, we didn't expect any at all, but there were a few nice things, like cabaret show and party with DJ and some other activities.

Huge modern, clean, well equipped apartment with swimming pool, table tennis, pool, massage amd other facilities. The staff was extremely helpful. I had a problem with my car. The guy at the reception helped me a lot in translating and even trying to get a mechanic to fix it. As my car had a problem the car could not be locked. But it remained safe thanks to the location and the watchful staff. Really thankful.

I was travelling with the group of friends to celebrate the wedding and was very pleased with the quality of the hotel. The room was spacious, stylish and very clean. The choice of food at breakfast was great and dinners were delicious. The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach. We had great experience staying at Ibis Styles Golden Sands Roomer hotel. I would definitely recommend it to fiends.

At the arrival we got an upgrade to the better category and the sea view. We loved the room, the stuff and the hole location. It was a lovely holiday and we enjoyed it really much. The different meal’s were very delicious and always a good variety of selection. If you want a good and relaxing all inclusive experience, then you need to book this hotel!

I loved absolutely everything! The apartment is luxurious, spacious, and spotlessly clean with breathtaking sea views from the balcony. The location is unbeatable—right on the first line of Golden Sands Beach. The private pool, garden, and beach access made it feel like a five-star resort. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the host, Nikola Andonov, was outstanding—kind, helpful, and always available. The added bonus of a minimarket and seamless airport transfer made the whole stay even more convenient and enjoyable.

Everything was fantastic very friendly staff and approachable. The room was very clean. Every day you had a variety of food to choose from. Clean outdoor swimming pool. Beach bar was a plus. Well done Griffid Vistamar!!!

There was a large variety of food and drink to choose from the hotel restaurant, the bar staff was super chill and friendly, and the indoor + outdoor swimming pools were extremely relaxing and great to hang out by while they were open. The animation manager and his colleague were extremely friendly and a lot of fun to talk to, they did a great job at organising activities for the guests and making sure everyone was having a good time. The bellboys were super friendly and helpful!

We were pleasantly surprised by the facilities of this hotel, although it is very large, it was not crowded either at the restaurant, bar or pool. I always found sunbeds on the beach. Ideal for families with children (slides, playgrounds, swimming pools for all, entertainers). Diversified food and drink (I loved the seafood).

Good food variety, smiling and friendly employees. Paid(20 leva per day) but supervised parking space.Great value for money. Spacious and very nice room with bathtub, excellent for kids. Big comfortable beds. Great outdoor swimming pool. Good location for day trips to Balchik, Varna, Nessebar, Tyulenovo.
