The room was excellent a good size, with a desk, small table and three chairs. The biggest bonus was a sink for washing dishes, not the bathroom basin! The bathroom is a good size with a long vanity bench ideal for washbags, cosmetics and a place for clothes when you come out of the shower.

The staff were amazing. So friendly and kind. We had some staff who were quite new to the industry but they were so lovely and helpful and sweet. From the moment we drove up to the front we felt welcomed and were treated so well by all the staff. The facilities were also fantastic, the layout of the room was great, a really comfortable bed, really nice bathroom. When we got to our room we had 2 single beds instead of a large double bed, so we just rand downstairs and within minutes were given another room, the concierge came up shortly after to make sure we were happy with our new room and apologise for the inconvenience. We were extremely impressed by the staff at the hotel. Definitely recommend others to stay there.

Lovely warm welcome from the host, was offered a room with a view over the valley, and a surpirse swimming pool. Slept well and comes with a good shower unit. I sat on the balcony with a cup of tea as the sun was rising... The location is quiet and helped with a few much needed good night's sleep.

The Hotel is in a good position with a shopping centre including Pub offering a good menu, opposite. A short distance away there is also Aldi's and a Thais restaurant. There is an outdoor area for guest which includes BBQ, swimming pool and spa, which we didn't use as it was raining. The room is a decent size.

I loved the size of the apartment, it was so comfortable and very well designed, the kids loved the big swimming pool as well. You must eat at the restaurant “don’t tell mamma” the food there was delicious we loved everything about the stay and would love to go back anytime we can.

amazing staff, welcoming with smile, the whole family enjoyed the swimming pool and the bbq. great and quiet location. plenty of car spaces in the carpark. great staff and they looked after the room daily.

The room was extremely clean and comfortable, with great value for the price, location suited as we drove everywhere from Gosford to Avoca Beach and Ettalong...swimming pool was clean and not over chlorinated...check in and check out was easy, staff friendly and smiled.

Room cleaning daily. Provide milk when thevstaa found we consumed all milk. Very comfortable and large bed. Friendly staff. Shared kitchen and eating area with the view. . Laundry place. Good size of the swimming pool. With this motel price, a lot are out of expectations. Definitely will come back.
