Visited during summertime. Amazing place, interior is fantastic and feels like “home“, the views are stunning and nice hikes around. The rooms are simple but add there is access to lounge areas and such, it just adds on to the positive side of the experience. The staff were great, really service minded and helpful! Loved absolutely everything around it and this was the accommodation that we will remember the most from our two week trip with new stay every day! Some activity areas on the top of the mountain, well suited for kids, approximately 15-30 minutes easy walk. We missed out on reading the description so missed that you either had to be picked up by the staff or walk from the parking lot (free, at least in the summer) at the base of the mountain. My kids were a bit devastated when telling them that we had to walk up there but ended up being a great experience for us all! Took us around an hour and was an easy climb. In the way down we closed a more challenging trail, that starts just outside the property and it was also a great hike.

We had balcony and a fascinating view and we could spend our evening there. It was so nice that in our apartment was 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. The place where we lived was quiet.

A wonderful place to relax. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail to make your stay at the hotel unforgettable. Very tasty breakfast with a wonderful selection of dishes and organic products. I was amazed that there was a large selection of freshly squeezed juices and smoothies, as well as honey in honeycombs. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, helping to make your stay memorable. A very large spa area with 5 baths, a large swimming pool inside and outside the building, as well as many sun loungers for relaxation. The hotel offers a free program every day with different activities, for example, hiking, yoga, golf lessons, etc. The hotel is also 5 minutes by car from the center of Kitzbühl, where you can walk, and the hotel provides free transfers. Overall, a wonderful hotel, the staff tried to make the stay unforgettable, high level of service, we will definitely return there more than once. I recommend it to take a break from the hustle and bustle and enjoy a wonderful holiday in the mountains.

The stay was amazing and can only recommend to everyone who like the combination of wellness and hiking. Amazing breakfast, food at the Tiroler Abend on Friday evening was outstanding. Staff and hospitality was unbelievable supportive and friendly and the wellness area super relaxed. The bed was really very comfortable and the room sizes quite big for the price. We really enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

Brand new hotel with a very nice design. SPA area is great and the temperature in the the pool is perfect for winter - it is usually a bit cold in the thermal pools for us, but here it was perfect. We didn’t interact with the staff much except at the checkin (there was an issue with the self check in). The lady from the hotels restaurant helped us right away and she was super nice! Unfortunately, we didn’t ask her name. We did not try hotel breakfast as the village has so many restaurants. For the skiers - there are many elevators from all sides of the hotel surrounding.
