Gorgeous view from our room and terrace. Super clean and modern. Comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They included gratis cable car passes and we climbed up and down mountains on cable cars. Best vacation of my life.

Alpen Hertz Romantic hotel was one of the best in our long history of skiing. The hotel is clean, looks new, the rooms are large and the hotel is close to the ski slopes. Excellent food. Dinner menu is wide: you can choose meat, fish or vegan dishes. The food is lovingly prepared, like in good restaurants. Plenty of vegetables. Large spa area at no extra cost. The swimming pool is open 24 hours a day. Plenty of different temperatures and types of sauna. Every evening there are sauna programmes organised by experienced masters. There is an outdoor pool. There is a large relaxation area. There is a separate area where you can get body and facial massages and other treatments for an extra charge. The hotel tries to organise additional entertainment for its guests, so that every evening is not a boring one. There is a bar area where you can sit with company during the day and in the evening, have a tasty drink or an extra snack. There is enough space for parking. We stayed for one night in June and had a great experience. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm and friendly welcome. The kids club was fantastic, with a big outdoor playground and plenty of fun activities to keep children entertained and happy. The swimming pool was clean and great for families, and the whole hotel was tidy and well looked after. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended for a family getaway!

The breakfast was very good, maybe i would preffer a little more variety (toast, or wursts) but the orange juice was perfect and the fruits also! The location of the hotel was perfect too because it was close to the slope, to the supermarket or to the centre. We liked the shuttle bus too. People who worked there were very polite.

Location was great, right near the main lift station and able to ski home. In room sauna, rooftop heated spa and wellness centre. Stunning views of the mountain and village. Panorama suite was very comfortable for our family of 4. The breakfast buffet was delicious.
