The flat is modern and clean. We found the place to be very cozy and warm, heating system works wonderfully which was great since we spent a week in Vienna in January and it was very cold outside. The staff was super kind, they answered all of our questions very fast and their instructions were very clear and simple to follow. It’s a one-room flat but it has everything one could need during a leisure trip (there was only two of us, maybe not the best place for more than two people, but I think they don’t even book it for more than two or three), the small terrace is very nice. The location is great, it is not exactly in the centre and the neighbourhood is rather residential than commercial or touristic but we really enjoyed this aspect. We had already purchased a transportation card for the whole week so we didn’t spend much to get to our destinations everyday, it takes about 30/40 minutes to reach midtown by taking the 62 tramway (there’s a train every ten minutes or so). Bus station and train stations are very near to the flat, we also could reach the airport easily using public transport. Overall, highly recommended.
