Very good hotel! But if your receptionist will be Jonathan, your stay in this hotel will be very remarkable in the best meaning of this word! What happened: we booked our room via Booking.com but in the fact it was sold out for this price when we arrived to the reception. We received free update and two welcome drinks immediately: it was very smart solution, thanks! When we got our welcome-drinks in the restaurant, we realised that the price for food is very reasonable here. The service accepted payment during checkout and it this is what we really like during vacation!!! Thank you! During our visit in this nice hotel we received also free one hour stay and free spa!!! We are happy to stay here! Please ask her table tennis equipment and play this nice game with your friends during your stay in this hotel! You can also do different sports and game but we didn’t try! Spa is very nice here! Thank you Jonathan for your magic service!!!

We loved everything about our week long stay at Bonavida. Location, access to the ski resort is UNBEATABLE. So are the service, the staff, etc. They help with ski passes, ski equipment rentals, have it done for you, all is a smooth process, just unbelievable. They really make you feel welcomed. Special thanks to Juan at the front desk and Sol in the restaurant. Food is delicious and plenty. If parking is full, there is a public parking option so close, equally a good option. For those who have concerns about charge, with ski-pass you only pay 50%, so don't worry at all, if you can not park in the hotel's garage. Also, there is a storage for your skis and boots on your way out by the garage. Telecabin literally 50 meters away. Thank you so much for this unforgettable stay, we will be back.

Great top noch place for skiing, hiking, shopping in La Vella. Amazing facility and staff. Fantastic spa, indoor swimming pool, sauna, massage and everything that goes with it. Great breakfast and dinner.

Nice and comfortable hotel. Great for families and small children. Tatiana from the kids club was amazing, all my 3 children had a great time! We all enjoyed the spa/pools and the buffet was surprisingly a very high quality. We will be back for skiing in winter!

Located at the ski facilities, near the slopes and rental shops. The hotel provides all the required amenities such as spa (swimming pool, sauna, steam room...etc) in a world class standard. This is in addition to message, facial and other beauty services.

The staff were absolutely lovely. They made you feel very welcome. The breakfast is just right, plenty of choice and variety. The bonus with this hotel is they have a small spa - swimming pool , jacuzzi and sauna - great for post skiing relaxation. There is a small charge of €10 for this but well worth it. Also they have an arrangement with the ski storage place at the gondola so that you can leave your gear there. The hotel has an excellent restaurant and a cozy bar if you don't fancy going out.
