The hotel features family rooms. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist with a smile, which made me feel very welcome. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and had a lovely view of the city skyline. I also appreciated the central location of the hotel, which made it convenient to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops.

Certain rooms have a kitchen with a fridge, a dishwasher and an oven. I stayed 3 nights and the room was great and clean, it had everything I needed for my stay. There was always hot water in the shower. The staff was amazing, they listened to anything I had to say and provided anything I needed, including laundry, water bottles, fruits and anything I want for breakfast, all free of charge. The breakfast and dinner was delicious and in big proportions. The location is good and has amazing views to the mountain ahead. You can actually go on a few day treks by yourself leaving from the hotel (for example the bat cave). The staff were so kind and took care of everything!!!
