The place is quiet I needed that Helen was super helpful and the whole family was lovely. Within walking distance from the old town. When it was too hot, I took a grab for 16000. Really nice place to stay

The property is magnificent and the staff are wonderful, however one in particular was excellent “My”, I believe her name is. I was very sick during part of my stay and she went out of her way to help me order Pho and medicine. She was a life saver and a warm sense of home at Chiem.

Facility looks brand new, very clean, and beautiful. 24/7 staff service via What’s App, outstanding breakfast, good AC. The rooms and pool area look like paradise. Big kids area. Didn’t check out the casino but looks great too. We also stayed in Grand Sheraton Danang but liked New World Hoiana much more.

The pool was big and clean, the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The staff were attentive and kind, especially Jessy. The location is nice and quiet but still close and easy to reach town.

The location is close to delicious food, walking streets and the bridge to An Hoi. It is located down a quiet alley and is well signed to assist in finding your way home. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything was high quality and well maintained. Khang and his companion were warm, kind and went out of their way to be helpful. They also arranged for our transportation to the airport when we left town. The price was cheaper than Grab and the ride was comfortable and safe. Without a doubt I would stay here again if given the chance.

The family who runs it is so friendly and sweet. They truly make it feel like a home. My room was so comfortable and really clean. The banana pancakes were the perfect start to every morning. And the fact you could use their bicycles made exploring Hoi An memorable and fun. I can't wait to come back and stay with them again.
