The property features free bikes, massage services and parking on-site among other facilities. With river views, this accommodation provides a balcony. The homestay offers mountain views, a sun terrace, a 24-hour front desk, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. They really do their best. 1) Rooms are nice, everything is new and beautiful, room and bathroom are kept super clean (upd: except Tet holiday). 2) Beds have curtains and lamps and sockets, everything is convenient. 3) The location is in the calm and quiet village. 4) Breakfast is great and very delicious. Upd: Family dinner is great too, it costs 100k vnd but it's hard work to prepare so many dishes and it's more than enough food so it's totally worthy (if you love to eat). The dinner was free at Tet (Lunar New Year) night, what was very kind of them. 5) They met me in the bus station and took to the hostel by scooter, without my request, was super sweet of them. Upd: They offered to pick me up again when I was back later. 6) Upd: When my another stay was cancelled suddenly during the Tet, they accepted my last minute request and even let me to stay for old price.

Xuan was so nice and welcoming, the property is clean and beautiful with one of the best Mountain View’s in Phong Nha. This spot is also a little further down the road so not quite as touristy which is just what we were looking for. Xuan makes breakfast to order every morning and it’s one of the best breakfasts we have had in Vietnam! Phong Nha has been our favorite so far. Highly recommend!
