Externally, the view of the pool is stunning. Feels like a small but safe community. Mornings look so good. Plants and flowers are well-maintained. You'll never have to worry about breakfast as they provide you with it every single day for quite a long duration. Staff is friendly. I really can't ask for more.

When the taxi dropped me off I was worried. for a second, I thought I was being kidnapped. The resort is down a alleyway and there was nothing that I could see straight away to let me know I was in the right place. But then you walk in and the owner and his family are there to greet you. The rooms are small but comfortable. I was lucky to get a ground level room right next door to the small pond. When I woke up in the morning I realized we are right on the beach, glorious. The family go out of their way to ensure you are comfortable, even ensuring you go on tours with other hotel guests if you are traveling on your own. I really appreciated this. My original stay was only 2 nights but I extended for another two. I will be back to this resort. I highly recommend.

Mi Amor Luxury Island Apartment - 3 minutes to the beach is set on the seafront in Phu Quoc, 700 metres from Sung Hung Pagoda and 22 km from Corona Casino. The property features mountain and garden views, and is 200 metres from Long Beach. The apartment offers sea views, a sun terrace, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. The Mi Amor is a cozy little place where we enjoyed our stay in Phù Quốc. Extremely highly recommended to people of medium stature.

They are quick and make it work. They have this shuttle bus/car which brings you to the their private beach every hour.

The whole property is set back from the street up a long driveway so it is very quiet. The pool is very nice, and the staff are incredibly helpful. The bungalows are fully equipt with good air conditioning, fridges and kitchenette with stove top, great if you're staying longer and want to cook at home. It is relatively close to the main shopping/eating street, about a 15 to 20 minute walk. Alternatively, they have scooters you can hire at a good price and they can get you into town in less than a couple minutes if you're confident driving. Overall, we loved our long stay here, it was exactly what we needed.

If you want to spend your holiday on Phu Quoc Island without the downsides of mass tourism, this is an absolutely great choice.
