The staff were super friendly and helpful from the moment I booked. So welcoming. They booked our tickets for our onward journey, the bus to Rach Gia, and took care to explain everything. Then took us to the ferry, and then waited with us for the shuttle bus. We had our evening meal there, one of the set meals, and that was delicious. Breakfast was good too. The place was beautiful and in an amazing location. We borrowed bikes and went for a little ride to explore the local surroundings. Thank you for looking after us so well.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Mekong Delta Ricefield Lodge and it was truly a memorable experience. The highlight of our stay was definitely the exceptional hospitality provided by Martin, our host. Martin's warm and welcoming demeanor, coupled with his sense of humor, made us feel right at home. We were also blown away by the delicious food prepared by Martin's talented cook, a local lady who has been with him for 6 years. Not only was the staff incredibly hospitable and attentive to our needs, but the speed boat tour to the floating markets was an absolute thrill. Thanks to Martin's fastest boat in the Mekong Delta, we were able to explore the markets in style and comfort. One thing that truly stood out to us was Martin's commitment to involving and empowering the local community. His efforts to teach them about environmental conservation and sustainability are commendable and greatly appreciated. Overall, our stay at Mekong Delta Ricefield Lodge was nothing short of amazing. We highly recommend this unique and enriching experience to anyone looking to immerse themselves in the beauty and culture of the Mekong Delta. Staying with Bosa and his family has been the highlight of our Vietnam trip. They made us feel very welcome and gave us a good insight into real Vietnamese life - not the tourist version. The house is amazing. Sitting on the deck watching the river was very relaxing. It was a great contrast from Ho Chi Minh City, our previous destination. Bosa was our guide for a day doing floating markets, markets and city. It was great to be with a local host as it didn’t feel touristy. Phoenix’s home cooked meals were amazing - the best food in Vietnam. Definitely a highlight.
