The apartment was spacious and big enough for 4 adults and a kid. - The apartment was spotlessly clean. There was everything needed for a comfortable stay. We felt as if we are at home. - Hamdi Bey and Aysegul Hanim are very good hosts and they were very helpful all the time. - There is a safe free parking in the building territory. - There is a big supermarket right across the building. - The beach is 20 min away by walk or 3-4 min by car. There is also a shuttle service several times a day carrying the residents to a beach which provides free sunbed and umbrella (but we did not have time to use it). - The neighborhood vegetable market (on Wednesdays) is 5-10 min by walk. It is a great opportunity for buying fresh, tasty local fruits and vegetables.

Breakfast and dinner we enjoyed in the terrace with a beautiful view, and in the garden. The place is close to Cleopatra Beach and the City Center. We got in touch with the host quickly if we needed to ask something. I recommend highly this apartment if the 5 minute taxi ride back from the city center is not a problem.

It was a great stay - starting from the host, the location of the flat, the gorgeous bakery downstairs, and the sweet cat Güneş (a Turkish name meaning “sun,” which truly matches its character). The flat itself was very clean upon arrival and fully equipped. There was no stove, but for us the microwave and kettle were more than enough. The bathroom was in good condition with no leaks, the beds were comfortable, and the living room was sunny and pleasant. The surroundings were also very convenient: there is a market, a bakery, and a fruit-and-vegetable shop just downstairs, so we could find everything we needed - from fresh bread to cheese, ham, and beverages. There was also a place to park our bicycles and store some of our things on the first floor. The location is close to both the city center and the sea. Thank you!

Best place to stay, brand new, the apartment is spacious, super clean and cozy, perfectly matching the pictures. Separated bedroom, huge balcony, living room and kitchen with all necessary equipment. I was staying for more than 2 weeks and it felt like home. Good supermarkets 2 min walking distance, 5 min to the beach. Taxi and bus stop right behind the building, easy to go anywhere. Theo is the most supportive and helpful host I’ve ever met, he did help with every single request in the best possible way. Definitely staying here next time 🙌🏽

The hotel is small and quiet, which creates a very relaxing and homely atmosphere, perfect for a peaceful holiday or a short break. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The balcony and view made it especially enjoyable to spend time in the room, whether in the morning with a coffee or in the evening after a day out. The host and staff are truly amazing: very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any request. You can feel that they genuinely care about their guests, which makes the whole stay feel warm and personal. The location is excellent: close to the beach and main attractions, yet in a quiet area where you can really relax. It is easy to reach shops, cafes, and restaurants, so you always have everything you need nearby. The hotel also offers nice facilities such as a pool, sun terrace, bar, and lounge area, which add to the comfort and enjoyment of the stay. It is a great choice both for couples and for families looking for a calm and comfortable place with good service. I booked a room in Armas Green Gufla Beach for my mom, a 67-year old lady. And she is absolutely happy with this choice: in the room everything works perfectly, air-con works quietly, cleaning service works perfectly. The beach is big enough, entrance to the sea without stones and pebbles. The beach is cleaned 6-7 times a day! Never seen such a clean beach during latest 25 years of vocations in Turkey. The food is not only delicious, but also extremely varied. The staff at the reception is always friendly and welcoming, despite the fully booked hotel. Especially Sultan, who speaks many languages and was very supportive in all my enquiries. My mom can really recommend this hotel to my friends and wishes to come here again! :)
