She helped us with bike rental. When we checked out and booked grab taxi, the driver wanted to charge us extra on the top of agreed price. The receptionist spoke with him over the phone. She was so outraged by his claim that she canceled the ride and drove us to the train station by her own car. She refused any compensation.
