For the breakfast the lady is super sweet just not understanding English but that’s ok we manage to make a special request with translator speaker because she also can’t read but she was smiling and super helpful as soon as she understood. We had a little accident with a scooter but we find that the hotel owner handled it very well coming to check and have an estimate extremely fast. We appreciated how everything was handled professionally and in all fairness.
