Friendly hosts, excellent property and great location. Amazing small touches that made the house feel very welcoming and cozy, Christmas trees inside and out, lots of candles, sledges for the children to use in the snow. Dinner was excellent (the roast beef was exceptional) and the children loved making their own mini pizzas in the pizza dome.

Super clean and comfortable hotel. Our kid got a nice goody bag upon arrival. The staff was super helpful, they took time to explain the town history and marked all the spots we should visit. Beds were super soft and bedlinens felt real fresh. Toiletries were of good quality. Breakfast was plentiful. Everything was top notch. We really felt well taken care of.

My stay here was absolutely fantastic! I was so enamored that I extended my visit by three extra days. Each igloo/cabin I experienced was simply delightful. It was so perfect I'm going to go ahead and be dramatic: you would be an absolute fool not to book with Arctic Colours. The location is perfect, the view is stunning and perfect, the appartment is perfect, so spotlessly clean you could eat on the floor, super comfy beds, modern kitchen & bathroom with all you might need, tasteful deco AND to top it off the owners are extremely kind and friendly. AND we saw a really active aurora (amazing spot to hunt auroras as the main house has a good live-streaming camera and you can monitor it on the website and not wait outside for the show) that was so strong you could watch it dance with the naked eye 🤩

Property was made accessible despite there being snow on the ground. The host came to greet us and ask if we needed anything. Nothing was too much trouble. The property was warm and had lots of windows to let in natural light. The bed was comfortable and the blankets & quilt made for a warm stay. There were good storage facilities and cooking facilities if you wanted to stay for a long trip. The local community and surrounding environment also helped make for a perfect location.

On the banks of the river, this motel is in Sangis just 100 metres from the E4 motorway and 20 km from Kalix.
