The houses are new, they look exactly the same as in the photos. As other reviewers mentioned before, they are tiny houses so we had a bit of difficult time to fit all of our bags in the house (we were 4 adults) but for one night, it was all fine. The staff was amazing, very friendly and welcoming. We had dinner in their restaurant and also enjoyed the complementary breakfast - both were absolutely fantastic, fresh and local food, really tasty, with vegetarian options, too. We were not able to use the jacuzzi due to the cold weather in October but it is a plus if someone stays during the summer. Heating was perfect in the house. We hope to visit again!

You should expect long distances to other places (about an hour to Mokra Gora and Zlatibor) and definitely need a car.

The location is excellent—nestled in a convenient spot where shops, amenities, and a gas station are just a stone's throw away, making it the perfect base for exploring Tara Mountain. We enjoyed the comfort of the beds and pillows, which were just what we needed after a day of adventure. For future guests, it's good to note that the floor can be chilly, so bringing a pair of slippers would be a wise choice for extra comfort. While the cook oven inside is good only for quick meals, take advantage of the grill outside for more elaborate dining. Thank you, Mimi, for a memorable stay—I can't wait to return!

Guests can make use of a terrace. Big warm house with a lot of space in and out. Dining room with comfortable coach and large tv panel, kitchen with everything you need to cook food, veranda with tremendous view and suitable furniture. Bathrooms were at the both floors, very convenient decision. Dragana was very welcome and hospitable, she really takes care about you. There is a barbecue zone close to the house at the territory, we used it twice, it was fantastic.

Every unit is fitted with a private bathroom with a shower, while certain rooms have a patio and others also boast mountain views. Staying in this lake house was an incredible and unique experience, unlike anything we’ve ever done before. The location is absolutely stunning, set within a national park with beautiful views all around. It’s definitely the most original accommodation we've ever stayed at. The outdoor grill added a cozy touch to our dinners, and having two SUP boards included made for a fantastic opportunity to get active and explore the surroundings.
