Everything was top notch: new clean bedlinen, towels and bathrobes, room decor, swimming pool! Beautiful view from the window and the terrace! Very friendly staff!!!!! Everything was perfect! Definitely we'll stay at the hotel CASCADA again on our next visit to our favourite Baile Olanesti! We even stayed for a few more days because we really didn't want to leave!

Also the fire place was i think one of the main attractions, but beware on how much you keep the fireplace as it heated up the whole cabin that we had to sleep with the window open even though it's the begining of march so in the nights the temperature outside droped close to 0. So a you do not have to worry about the cabin temperature as you can make it as hot as you want in the winter, and keep it cold as it has also air conditioning installed. The bathroom also is very big and well eqipped! Overal the cabin, conditions, appliances exceded my expectations!

We liked especially the fact that there were two separate bedrooms and that kids had a normal size bed. There is also an airconditioner, that saved us the the summer, hot evening.

Calimanesti is well worth a visit! The Olt river valley is amazing! We stayed at Casa Flori for two nights and experienced the best of Romanian hospitality! Excellent facilities in a beautiful country home that made us feel like family! Beautiful Cozia Mountain views from the kitchen, excellent atmosphere, warm and welcoming hosts!
