The food in the restaurant was excellent as was all the service staff.

The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, a concierge service and free WiFi. The location was great, down a quiet site street but a few minutes away from the old town main strip. The facilities are beautiful, the hotel is incredibly charming and serene and the rooftop view is delightful. We were greeted with champagne and the staff carried our bags up for us. Breakfast was varied and good and our experience at the spa was also great. All in all I would absolutely recommend Schuster and go back.

Free WiFi, luggage storage and private parking are available. Very good location. Helpful, friendly owner. I was surprised that there was a coffee, tee room. Everywhere was clean, calm. The breakfast is exceptional and I especially enjoyed the eggs and bread options.

Nice views, clean rooms, big beds, fast elevators, excelent spa and massage services ( I especially recommend the Thai massage), the outdoor jacuzzi and the scenery… everything was beyond and above. Very good report price for service paid. Definitely will come back and recommend ❤️

The hotel is a 2-minute walk from the Radu Stanca National Theater and just 5 minutes from, Holy Trinity Cathedral, Liar’s Bridge and the History Museum. The famous Bruckenthal Museum is a 10-minute walk away. Mr Dragos at the front desk was very nice and professional. It was a very pleasant check in process. The breakfast was delicious and the location of the hotel is very good. Short distance to downtown. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and we had a great night sleep!
