I appreciated the location being a short drive outside the city center but close enough to enjoy all that Coimbra has to offer. Edgar was so kind, extremely helpful and really made my stay special. The renovation of the family home is very stylish while remaining respectful of the home’s history. The attention to detail in my room and throughout the home is one of the best I’ve seen. Don’t forget to look up and admire the detail of the ceilings! The breakfast was always fresh, delicious and plentiful. I especially loved the fresh farm eggs made to order as well as the orange juice squeezed from their groves out back and the fresh baked cakes. I highly recommend Oryza for your Coimbra stay and cannot wait to visit again.

Perfect holiday with kids. 2x large swimming pools in main area, which were just perfect for young(er) kids as well, as their entry is rather shallow, slowly gradually getting more deep, making it also suitable for adults. We loved it!

All units include a fully equipped kitchenette, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. An oven and microwave are also featured, as well as a kettle. The hotel excided our expectations! Easy to get with the codes for access. They just sent us two codes - from the front door and from our apartment. Right in the center of the city. Ultra modern, spotlessly clean, very comfortable. We had a big room with fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom. There are air conditioners, TVs, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, stove and even dish washer! Great bathroom, lots of extra towels. It's a great choice for stop when traveling around Portugal.

Well decorated cozy room (we booked suite just because usual room was not available). Free privet parking. Nice atmosphere around the swimming pool. Palms. Bar. Nice music. Place to seat. Place for sunbathing. Chilling mood. Very tasty food we ordered near swimming pool (pizza, sweet doce batata frita, tiramisu etc.) But please book the table in the restaurant for dinner ahead.
