Spa is small but effective and welcome addition to relax after end of your hiking/cycling/whatever day. It is located kind of on one side of the village but still walkable from shops, restaurants etc. Biedronka (groceries) is even right across the street. There's elevator in the hotel which was a blessing since my wife had ankle injury during the trip.

While we didn't have breakfast, we were able to get wonderful coffee each morning and before our departure in the breakfast area. The staff was always gracious and helpful. We had a service dog with us who was graciously welcomed by the staff. We were in Krakow during perhaps the hottest part of the summer and the air conditioning was perfect! Our room and the hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. The location in the center of the old town was perfect for our visit.

Very close to Krupówki street. The breakfast spread was great plus made to order breakfast was also available. The staff was amazing. Definitely will stay here again !!!

This place, people, design, service - everything is better than you can expect. Place is very stylish and romantic, staff is extremely helpful and nice. We asked for early breakfast as we had an early trip planned and staff organized everything for us, also helped a lot with other things. Room design and facilities are really thoughtful and stylish. Perfect for romantic trip and one of the closest hotel to Morse oko. When we arrived host greeted us with glass of champagne and made us feel like home.
