The hosts were kind and attentive, I arrived late and hadn’t eaten and they were more than happy to prepare a meal for me, alongside a delicious welcome drink. I only stayed one night as I flew out the following day, but I would have happily spent more time here. When I had to leave for the airport, they helped me organise transport and spoke to me while I waited. Thank you!

Staying at Very Best Dom Stay in El Nido was nothing short of perfect! The location is incredible—just a stone’s throw away from breathtaking beaches and stunning views. The room was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, providing all the comforts of home with an island vibe. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always helpful with recommendations and attentive to our needs. Whether you're looking to relax or explore, this is the perfect spot. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting El Nido! Definitely a 5-star experience!

Keep in mind that a 4- or 5-star hotel in the Philippines are somewhat lower. This surprised us in many aspects. The best? 1) That the location is outside the center of El Nido in an authentic community 2) The food. I was afraid that I have read that the food is great but is of exact amount. We do not agree with those comments. It is true that it is designed for appetizer, main course and dessert. I believe that the owners are Spanish and Filipino that's why the proportion of the food is according to these cultures. They cook with good water and olive oil and the dishes do not exceed 10$ and it is super quality. We have enjoyed the food and repeated several dishes and wines. 3) The natural environment where you feel really connected with. 4) The private tours crafted just for you 5) Massages are exceptional 6) Game areas and pool offers enjoyment It is a place for the lovers of nature, books and exclusive services. A 10 to staff. We will be back for sure. They only have 7 cottages and as much as we want to stay for another couple of nights, sadly we can't because they are fully booked.

The cottages are in a family-owned farm and you could see the live chicken and pigs freely roaming around which was really nice and made the experience an authentic farm stay, which is a welcome change from the usual seafront accommodation in El Nido. The family that runs the business is also very friendly and accommodating. We had a chat with the family’s matriarch and she told us about the story of their farm and how they regenerated the entire area for birds and wildlife as it was previously used for slash-and-burn agriculture, now as you see in the photos, the cottages are in lush greenery and overall a really lovely place away from the busy El Nido town.
